Croutons for Soups and Salads

Ingredients:    

  1. Few slices Stale Bread.

  2. Tablespoon butter.

Melt some butter in a pan at medium heat. Dice and add in the stale bread to the butter in the pan, be sure not to burn. Brown all sides until crisp.
