Corn Pone Loaves

Ingredients:    

  1. 1 cup white cornmeal.

  2. 1/2 teaspoon salt.

  3. 2 tablespoons melted butter .

  4. Water ( for making dough soft).

Place all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.

Pour into four medium sections of a non-stick baking loaf pan.

Cook at 47 degrees for about 15 minutes or until brown.
